Allan's nephew, Walter Allan, took over the operation until
1969. |

Walter
sold the company to Walter H. Bunje of Los Angeles, California.

the company's inception, Armstrong Machine Works was the largest
line represented. |

In 1980,
Armstrong
Machine Works bought the company and changed the name to
Arm-Allan. |

It remained Arm-Allan for three
years until Richard L Hitz, Operations Manager of the New
Braunfels, Texas, Armstrong |
|

Manufacturing plant,
purchased the company from Armstrong. Richard Hitz reinstated the
name George B Allan & Company. |

In
May of 1998 current owner, Gregory R Bloss, then Vice President
of Operations, purchased the company. |
